About us

Top Bright Soap Manufacturing, OPC was established on March 2017 by its founder John Nathaniel Fabico.

Its original trade name was Fab’s Chemical Products Trading engaged in car shampoo manufacturing and dealer of detailing products. With its unprecedented growth, the Company decided to venture in a broader manufacture and distribution of household cleaning and home care products as well as car care products nationwide.

In 2018, 22nd day of June he opened the 1st Sabon Station store located at City of San Fernando, his home town, and year after the company has started to offer partnership to town distributors. Fifteen town distributors were granted in the first year of operation. In 2020, the company continued to explore as it opened its doors to provincial partnership with an initial of 4 Provincial Distributors and an additional 19 Town Distributors. In 2021, 28 new Provincial Distributors and 80 Town Distributors have joined the Company. The same year when the Company cascaded its operation to every barangay thru its Brgy. Extra Partnership program with more than 2000 partners across the country.

In 2021, different government agencies granted the following certificates and licenses to the company:

License to Operate as Housed/Urban Hazardous Substances Manufacturer – Food and Drug Administration (FDA)
License to Operate as Housed/Urban Hazardous Substances Distributor – Food and Drug Administration (FDA)
Certificate of Incorporation – Securities and Exchange Commission (SEC)
Certificate of Registration (Top Bright) – Intellectual Property Office of the Philippines
Certificate of Registration (Sabon Station) – Intellectual Property Office of the Philippines
Environmental Compliance Certificate – Department of Environment and Natural Resources (DENR)

At present, the Company is already partnered with 49 Provincial Distributors, 336 Town Distributors and more than 1000 Brgy. Extras efficiently catering the entire Filipino families.
